Players Bring Their Own Songs
Players hit Add a song at the jukebox and the Song Studio opens in their browser. They drop in an MP3 or OGG. With auto-sync on, that is all: the lyrics get written down and timed by themselves.

The Crowd Votes, The Score Sticks
Stand in the audience and press 1 to 5. The singer gets their score when the song ends, and it follows them onto the Hall of Fame.
