- You set the pay for easy-mode treatments.
- Switch back any time.
No medics online?
An AI ambulance comes.
Go down and hold G to call EMS. If no medic is on duty, an NPC paramedic drives an ambulance to you, takes you to the hospital and puts you in a bed. The fee comes with your insurance discount.
Nobody Hurt? The 911 Calls Come to You.
Go on duty and the pager starts ringing. Voiced callers send you to real scenes, with NPC patients you treat exactly like players.
- Voiced 911 calls with subtitles: crashes, shootings, stabbings, overdoses, cardiac arrests, burns.
- Accept, decline or join as backup straight from the pager.
- Smoking wrecks and trapped drivers to free.
- The pay is split between every medic on scene.
- Add your own scenes anywhere on the map.
Every injury
Has its own treatment.
Not one bandage for everything. Bullets come out, cuts get stitched, burns get grafted.
Pull the Bullet Out Yourself.
Find the bullet, disinfect, cut, grab it with forceps, stop the bleeding, stitch and dress. On an operating table or in the back of the ambulance.
- 8 steps, with a live vitals monitor above the patient.
- Hang blood first. What the patient loses on the table is real.
- Pause the surgery and let another medic finish it.
CPR, the Stretcher, Then the Back of the Ambulance.
Compress on the beat, load them onto the stretcher and keep treating inside a walk-in ambulance.
- CPR on the beat, then the defibrillator: pads, charge, shock.
- A stretcher that unfolds from the rig and carries the patient.
- Walk-in ambulance: IV, blood and surgery in the back.
- The bleed-out clock pauses while EMS works on you.
A BBQ Goes Wrong. You Give Her New Skin.
Burns get cooled, cleaned and grafted, step by step. Then she gets up and walks away.
- Cool the burn, peel the blisters and cut away the dead skin.
- Harvest and mesh a skin graft, then staple it on.
- Small burns get a field dressing that holds for 15 minutes.
They Drowned. You Intubate.
Listen to the lungs, suction the water and pass the tube while you watch through a video laryngoscope.
- Bag-valve mask to get oxygen back in.
- Suction, then the tube and the cuff.
- Listen to each lung with the stethoscope first.
Stitches, Step by Step.
Clean the cut, numb it, stitch along the wound and dress it. Works anywhere, no hospital needed.
Field care buys time
The hospital fixes it.
A field patch holds for 15 minutes. After that, the patient needs the right room, so your medics really transport.
The X-Ray Shows the Actual Break.
Rush them in on the stretcher, take the X-ray and read the film on the lightbox. Then splint it and send them out on crutches.
- 9 body regions on the X-ray.
- The film is an item you hand to the patient.
- Crutches and wheelchairs, prescribed for minutes at a time.
Stop the Bleeding From the Inside.
Internal bleeding goes to the angiography suite: line up the C-arm, run the contrast, then feed a coil through the arm to plug the bleed.
- Live X-ray video on an in-world monitor.
- Different arteries every case, so it never plays the same twice.
An Ultrasound That Shows What's Wrong.
Probe on the chest, the blood shows on the screen, then you drain it by hand.
- A live scan built from the patient's real injuries.
- Needle decompression, chest drain and pericardiocentesis.
A Blood Bank Your Players Fill.
Every character has a real blood type. Donors fill the bags, and medics have to match them.
- Real blood types, at real-world frequencies.
- Every bag is labelled with its type, donor and expiry date.
- The wrong type is refused. O negative works for everyone.
A Hospital That Feels Alive.
Patients take a ticket at the desk, wait for their number on the TV and buy what they need at the pharmacy.
- Check-in desk with P1 to P3 triage tickets.
- Waiting-room TV that shows the ambulances on their way in.
- Pharmacy and health insurance that cuts the bill.
Run it like
A real department.
Ranks, pay, money and every room of the hospital, all set up and run in game.
The Boss Laptop.
The boss desk has a real computer. Pay your medics in three clicks, read the ledger and manage the roster.
- Payroll with overtime, paid from the department's own money.
- The ledger: patient fees, insurance and pharmacy sales fund the department.
- Roster, hiring and promotions, with an audit log.
- And yes, Minesweeper.
Build Every Hospital In-Game.
Open /dept_admin, create the hospital and walk around placing it. Any MLO, nothing to type in a config.
- Ranks, each with a salary and 19 permissions.
- 16 point types: garage, helipad, beds, X-ray, surgery, pharmacy, elevators and more.
- As many hospitals as you need, each with its own staff.
NANO Dispatch Included. Free.
The ambulance job comes with NANO Dispatch at no extra cost. Go down, hold G to call EMS, and the death screen shows them on the way, live, with the distance.
- "EMS responding" right on the death screen.
- Spoken dispatch calls, callsigns and a call log.
- Police and EMS on the same dispatch.
- Rather keep your own dispatch? Go ahead: medics still get every call with an alert, a GPS waypoint and a map blip.
Your medics
Will never be bored again.
Real medicine, voiced 911 calls and a full hospital to run. On duty the moment you install it.
